Terms of Use
Effective 2026-05-28
These are simple terms. By using this site you agree to them.
What you can do
You can use the diagnostic to understand your operational bottlenecks and what we’d build to remove them. The output is indicative: a directional read from the answers you gave us — not a quote, contract, or proposal.
What it is, what it isn't
- It IS a useful starting point for a conversation about your operation.
- It IS NOT a binding offer of services, a pricing commitment, or a guarantee of outcome.
- The estimates (annual cost, recoverable savings, build ranges) are based on standard industry assumptions applied to the inputs you provided. Real numbers are confirmed in a scope call.
Your data
See our Privacy Policy.
What you submit
You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant us a limited licence to use it for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
The site
We provide the site as-is, without warranties (e.g. we don’t promise zero downtime or that the AI’s output is free from error). We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the diagnostic output. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.
Acceptable use
Don’t try to break the system, scrape it, abuse the AI endpoint, or use the diagnostic in bad faith. We may rate-limit or block users who do.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged by the effective date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes go to the courts of Paris.
